All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
This policy applies to all products sold on ImperialGold.us, including but not limited to:
- Gold bars
- Gold coins
- Silver, platinum, and palladium products
- Any collectible or bullion items
Because precious metal prices change constantly based on market conditions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the rare case of receiving an incorrect or damaged product.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To ensure a smooth resolution, provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and provide next steps, such as replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Your order total is locked in only at the time your purchase is completed. Subsequent price increases or decreases cannot be honored or adjusted.
